Course description

Managing projects is not a routine activity that never changes. Managing projects is a unique business activity. Therefore, this course studies all the know-how for successful projects: building a hotel complex, organizing sports events, issuing new brochures, designing a terminal, introducing new information system in a travel company. Students will be introduced to fundamentals and steps in managing projects, from planning to implementing, as well as risks and how to reduce them to a minimum. Students will learn from practical examples from the world, the EU and Serbia, and analyse the factors for success not only in companies but in states as a whole.
