Definition, scope and limitations of strategic management. Main steps in the process of strategic management. Analysing surroundings of hotel management - external and internal surroundings of hotels. Determining strategic position and market position of hotels. Strategic management in hotels. Defining goals of hotels. Formulating hotel strategy. Implementing hotel strategy. Strategy control and evaluating business strategy in hotels.
